Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots for a takedown but Shuaib saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Shuaib as he avoids it easily.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Shuaib as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie dives in and grabs Shuaib's left leg, looking for a takedown. Shuaib pushes down on Gracie's head and hops out.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Shuaib.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Gracie regains half guard.
Shuaib really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Shuaib tries to stand but can't do so whilst Gracie controls his leg.
Gracie wants to get back to full guard.
Gracie is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Shuaib pulls his head out easily.

Gracie is pressing down on Shuaib's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Gracie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Shuaib doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Gracie is tightening it up a little... Shuaib has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Shuaib reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Shuaib taps out! Nice BJJ there by Gracie!
