Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximus throws a right hand that Ira ducks under and follows up with a left that Ira also avoids with ease.
Maximus closes the distance and clinches up with Ira, looking for a takedown. Maximus pushes Ira against the cage but Ira circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Maximus counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Ira's guard now.

Maximus drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ira manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Maximus has Ira in his guard.

Ira got a little sloppy there for a moment and Maximus has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ira has managed to get both his arms back between Maximus's legs - danger averted.

Ira is working Maximus over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Ira loads up on a big left hand. Maximus felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Ira looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Maximus can't hide his disappointment, as Ira celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Goj Ira!
