Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Murray Esson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukasz Sajewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Esson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Amy MacDonald - This Is The Life. Murray Esson is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Esson checks a leg kick.
Sajewski shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Esson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Sajewski tries to work over Esson's front leg with a kick but Esson checks it.
Sajewski thows a body shot but no joy.
Esson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sajewski avoids it really well and circles away.
A lazy left from Sajewski finds it's target.
Sajewski cracks Esson with a right hand to the side of the head.
A slapping leg kick lands for Esson.
Esson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Esson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Esson checks a leg kick.
Sajewski lands with an overhand left.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sajewski throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Esson counters with a good, hard body kick but Sajewski shrugs it off.
Lukasz Sajewski is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Esson closes the distance and clinches up with Sajewski, looking for a takedown. Esson pushes Sajewski against the cage but Sajewski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A bone on bone clash there as Sajewski blocks the leg kick.
Esson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sajewski circles away quickly and effectively.
A punch lands to the side of Esson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Sajewski throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Sajewski misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Esson.
Esson gets the takedown into side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Esson is looking to take a break and control but Sajewski is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Sajewski tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Esson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Esson landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Esson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The strikes coming from Esson are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Esson throws an elbow but Sajewski slips to the side and avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sajewski is looking for a sweep.
Esson tries to move into full mount but can't pass Sajewski's legs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Esson is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Sajewski has escaped the position, nice work there.
Esson tries to advance to mount but Sajewski denies him.
Esson is working hard here to advance position.
Esson is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Sajewski looks calm but he's in trouble here. Esson gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Sajewski is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Esson lets go of the hold and Sajewski can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Murray Esson was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
