Marko comes to the cage accompanied by Get Back - Ludacris. Barnett has chosen canceled forever 125 as his entrance music. Ruiner Barnett has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Cain Marko's chin.

Marko moves out of range as Barnett strikes.

Marko really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Marko lands a nice hook to Barnett's body. Barnett takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Marko is looking to wear down Barnett with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Marko connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Marko's corner calls for a 1-2. Marko obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Marko throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Barnett crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Marko - the referee stops the clock and Barnett gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Marko. Barnett manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Marko lands a body shot.
Marko throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Barnett's head.
Marko bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Marko fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
A telegraphed right hand from Barnett misses the target.
Barnett looks to score with a jab to the body but Marko is just out of range.

Marko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Barnett.

Barnett is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.

Marko is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Marko lands a nice looking kick to the body. Barnett takes a step back to recover.
Nice uppercut lands for Marko. That snapped Barnett's head back.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Ruiner Barnett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Marko cracks Barnett with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Barnett rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marko moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Marko uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Marko sends Barnett crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Marko is motioning to the referee to let Barnett up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Barnett is rocked!
Marko pounces like a tiger and cracks Barnett with a vicious hook! Barnett is down but not out! Marko follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Cain Marko!
A relieved looking Cain Marko thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
