Ares comes to the cage accompanied by r this town i 101. Hogan has chosen Real American as his entrance music. Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Solomon Ares is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Ares shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ares was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Hogan tries to buck Ares off but he can't manage it.

Hogan wants to hold on but Ares pushes him away.
Hogan takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
It looks like Hulk Hogan has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The cut above Hulk Hogan's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Ares loads up with a big shot that hurts Hogan! He's pulled Ares in close but Ares has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Hogan survive? More strikes from Ares and Hogan is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!

Solomon Ares spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
