Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Salim Abous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Havy Havasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Havasi's choice of entrance music: One Day. Havy Havasi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Havy Havasi!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abous drives through with a takedown into guard.
Havasi looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Abous trying to control the position from guard on top but Havasi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Abous working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Abous is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Salim Abous wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Abous fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Havasi sprawls well initially but Abous persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Havasi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Abous. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Abous lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Abous takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Abous has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
