Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ty Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo Nastie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nastie has chosen Roots Bloody Roots by Sepultura as his entrance music. Nastie has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. The key to victory for Ty Angle has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ty Angle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bo Nastie! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jorge Garcia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Angle fails with a takedown attempt. Angle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nastie is fending him off so far but Angle persists. Nope, Nastie circles away and we're back to standing. The fight moves into the clinch position. Angle wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Angle wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ty Angle. That's going to take a lot out of him. Angle tries to pull guard but Nastie holds him up against the cage and eventually Angle drops back down to his feet.

Nastie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Nastie drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nastie looks gassed! Angle wants to sweep but no luck. Angle is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Nastie controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Nastie with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Angle lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Nastie! Angle looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Angle fails to take his opponent's back. Nastie keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Angle trying to control but Nastie is having none of it. Angle working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nastie wants to control but Angle is having none of it. Nastie has given up his back.
Angle tightening his grip on Nastie, looking for the choke. Nastie trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Angle looking for the choke from the back. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Angle keeps control of the position as Nastie tries to break free.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nastie is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Nastie won't enjoy being in this position. Angle looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Nastie is tapping - it's over boys! Angle picks up the submission victory!
