The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wathan shoots in for a double leg but Penis sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Wathan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Paul Penis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chan Wathan.

Penis pushes Wathan up against the cage in a clinch.

Penis works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Wathan is looking for a triangle but Penis pushes his legs off easily.
Penis has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Wathan tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Wathan had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Penis is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Wathan Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Penis's back instead.
Penis tries to roll but Wathan sticks to his back.
Wathan lands strikes to the head.
Penis rolls, trying to escape but Wathan keeps control of the position.

Wathan has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Penis! Can he survive? No! He's out! Wathan gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted.
