The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jordan shoots in for a double leg but Brown sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

and Brown counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Brown throws a leg kick which misses Jordan's front leg but catches the back leg as Jordan tries to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The cut above Jeff Jordan's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Jordan tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Brown lands a really nice looking cross but Jordan seems unphased.

Brown is working the combinations to good effect here.

Brown lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Brown bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Whack! Brown lands a heavy head kick that drops Jordan. The ref tackles Brown to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Jordan was done.
