and Lombard counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lombard looks to throw the jab but Silva is out of range.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and Lombard takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Anderson Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Silva looks to land a combination. Lombard sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lombard moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
