Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hasse Hansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ja Masterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hansson comes into the arena with Saliva - Click Click Boom blaring out of the sound system. Masterson has chosen Hyena -by- Rancid as his entrance music. Ja Masterson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ja Masterson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansson lands the left hand.
Masterson dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hansson. That did some damage!
Masterson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nice shot lands for Masterson.
It looks like Hasse Hansson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hansson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Masterson throws a shot to the body.
Hansson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Masterson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Hansson preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Masterson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hansson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Masterson has Hansson in his guard.
Masterson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Masterson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Hansson is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hansson avoids a series of strikes thrown by Masterson.
Masterson throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Masterson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Hansson keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Masterson working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Masterson with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Masterson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Hansson is squirming around, avoiding Masterson's attempts to control the action.
Masterson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Hansson is in all sorts of trouble here.
Masterson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hansson looks a forlorn figure.

Masterson postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Hansson bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Masterson and the fight is over!
