Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gristle McThornbody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodney Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McThornbody's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tame. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McThornbody thows a body kick. Blake tries to catch it but that hurt him.
McThornbody tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Blake lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
McThornbody blocks a jab.
Blake slips a jab from McThornbody.
Blake takes one to the side of the head.
Blake ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McThornbody moves away.
Blake moves out of range of the body kick from McThornbody.
Blake cracks McThornbody with a right hand to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Blake misses with a straight left.
McThornbody clobbers Blake with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Blake cracks a nice hook into McThornbody's ribs.

Blake throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Blake takes a swing at McThornbody's ribcage but misses.
Blake throws a shot from downtown. McThornbody moves away and avoids it.

McThornbody lands with a hook. Blake tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

McThornbody connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Blake throws a hook to the side of McThornbody's head but McThornbody sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McThornbody ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Blake moves away.

Blake lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Blake swings and misses with a hook to the body.

McThornbody misses with a lunging right hand
and Blake counters with an outside leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McThornbody uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Blake has time to react.

A slow jab from McThornbody misses its intended target.
McThornbody connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Blake momentarily.

McThornbody throws a quick inside leg kick.
Blake swings and misses with a hook to the body.

McThornbody jabs Blake right on the nose. Blake blinks but takes it well.

McThornbody pushes Blake back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Blake throws a punch but it's blocked by McThornbody.
McThornbody lands with a short shot to the head.
Blake has a couple of punches blocked by McThornbody.
McThornbody lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Blake is rocked!
McThornbody has Blake pressed against the cage. He pushes Blake back and as he springs towards him off the cage, McThornbody throws a beautiful elbow that sends Blake crashing to the floor! McThornbody piles on the pressure with more strikes! Blake is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gristle McThornbody!
Gristle McThornbody decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
