The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Maximus.
Maximus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bussel avoids the head kick by Maximus.
Maximus scores with a hook to the body. Bussel takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Bussel fails in his attempt to clinch.
Maximus throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bussel throws a leg kick which misses Maximus's front leg but catches the back leg as Maximus tries to avoid it.

Bussel forces Maximus back against the cage and clinches.

Bussel manages to break the clinch.
Bussel fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Maximus.
Maximus thuds his shin into the meat of Bussel's side.

Bussel tries to close the distance and clinch up but Maximus swats him away and circles back towards the center.

That kick from Maximus tenderised Bussel's leg. Bussel is trying to keep his angry face on.

Maximus is rocked!

It looks like Brutus Maximus has been cut.
Bussel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bussel checks a leg kick nicely.
Oh Maximus is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Maximus misses with a right hand

Maximus is breathing heavily.

Maximus throws a looping overhand right but Bussel ducks down to avoid it.

Bussel forces Maximus back against the cage and clinches.

Bussel escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Maximus on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Bussel gets a clinch.

Bussel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bussel throws a quick head kick that knocks Maximus silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Bussel is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.

Sydney Bussel really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that The Nutritionists (O.R.G) »Q155 only $49!« logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
