The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Cheese.
Owen tries to bum rush Cheese with a series of wild strikes but Cheese uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cheese tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Owen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
An inside leg kick from Cheese misses.
Cheese with a poor takedown
enabling Owen to counter with a crisp jab.
Owen throws a low kick but Cheese moves out of range easily.
Cheese defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Owen.
Owen stuffs the takedown.
A head kick misses from Owen.
Owen throws a good cross that connects.

Owen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Owen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Owen! Submission of the night perhaps?
