Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between SixDollar Burger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Tankard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burger comes to the cage accompanied by Ghosts n' Stuff. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, SixDollar Burger! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Luke Tankard! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burger slips a jab and a cross from Tankard.
Burger looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Burger slips a jab from Tankard. Tankard throws a shot from downtown. Burger moves away and avoids it. Burger fails with the takedown. The fighters circling - Tankard throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Burger keeps the fight on the outside. Tankard circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tankard clinches. Tankard has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Burger uses from the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Burger is looking to work some ground and pound but Tankard has wrist control. Burger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tankard swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tankard looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Burger drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tankard looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tankard looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tankard! You can see the frustration on Burger's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tankard is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Burger is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Tankard tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Burger taking punishment in the form of punches.
Tankard is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Burger has escaped the position, nice work there. Burger gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Tankard wants to free his trapped foot but Burger is holding on for dear life with his legs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tankard is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Burger doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tankard. Burger is pressing down on Tankard's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Burger lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Tankard! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Tankard is desperately trying to improve his position but Burger has a good base and remains in mount. Tankard slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Tankard is looking to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tankard moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Tankard has his foot on Burger's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Burger works his way back into a safe position though. Tankard looks gassed! Burger tries to stand but Tankard is controlling from the bottom. Tankard looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Tankard is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Burger has his hands clasped together but Tankard extends an breaks Burger's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Tankard.
