Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tormy Skillz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rio Takatashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rio Takatashi acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takatashi shoots in and bounces Skillz off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Skillz looking for a sweep. Not yet Skillz, not yet.
Takatashi is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Skillz wants to sweep here but Takatashi controlling him for the moment.
Takatashi has gone for a leg lock! Skillz slips out almost immediately though and dives into Takatashi's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Skillz stalling away here and it's allowed Takatashi to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Skillz seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Takatashi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Skillz manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Takatashi has Skillz in his guard.
Skillz got a little sloppy there for a moment and Takatashi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Skillz has managed to get both his arms back between Takatashi's legs - danger averted.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Skillz accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Takatashi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Skillz's guard.

Takatashi maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Skillz could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Takatashi has cracked it and Skillz is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Takatashi!
