The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Jeff Smith and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pidaraskez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jackson defends it nicely.
Jackson throws a sloppy head kick and Pidaraskez moves out of range easily.
Hulio Pidaraskez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pidaraskez shoots in but no luck this time.

Jackson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Jackson turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Pidaraskez can't do much from the bottom here.
Pidaraskez tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jackson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Pidaraskez struggling a bit here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pidaraskez is trying to improve his position.
Jackson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pidaraskez keeps working.
Pidaraskez gets back to half guard.

Jackson wants to control but Pidaraskez is keeping him busy.
Pidaraskez moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Jackson stopping the sweep attempt from Pidaraskez.

Pidaraskez has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Jackson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Pidaraskez has tightened it up now! Jackson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
