Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Clris Cutter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Parcaut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parcaut has chosen Maniac as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Clris Cutter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ralph Parcaut!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Reed Andrews and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parcaut uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cutter.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Horrible takedown by Parcaut or perhaps it was just good defense by Cutter which made him look bad.
Cutter swings for the body but Parcaut moves out of range.
Cutter throws a body punch but Parcaut moves out of range.
Cutter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cutter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cutter just misses with a punch to the body.
Cutter slaps away a takedown attempt from Parcaut, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Cutter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Parcaut moves away.
Cutter is looking to wear down Parcaut with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Cutter just misses with a punch to the body.
Clris Cutter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cutter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cutter misses with a wild body shot.
Parcaut uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cutter.
A telegraphed right hand from Parcaut misses the target.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cutter. Parcaut does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Parcaut counters with a nice double leg into side control. Cutter won't be happy with that.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Parcaut throws a strike aimed at the side of Cutter's head but Cutter avoids it well.

Parcaut has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Parcaut wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cutter keeps working.

Cutter on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cutter tries to get out of the position.
Parcaut creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Cutter sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Cutter takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Parcaut misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A big shot lands for Parcaut! That's hurt Cutter! Will he recover? Parcaut fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ralph Parcaut!
After the fight, Ralph Parcaut was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
