Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karsten Feigel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Kimbley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Alexander Kimbley was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Karsten Feigel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Kimbley! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Sergei Dronov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Feigel closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kimbley circles away. No luck for Kimbley with that takedown attempt. Feigel throws a body kick that misses. Kimbley closes this distance looking for a takedown but Feigel circles away. Kimbley tries to clinch up. Karsten Feigel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Feigel decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Feigel tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Feigel wants to take a breather but Kimbley is having none of it. Kimbley trying to control from the bottom.
Kimbley is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kimbley gets full guard. Feigel drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Feigel jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kimbley is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Feigel is controlling him. Feigel wants to stand but Kimbley has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Kimbley has an active guard here but Feigel has managed to pass into half guard.
Kimbley looks gassed! Feigel slows the pace down in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kimbley wants to control but Feigel is keeping busy and won't allow it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kimbley looks like he's trying to stand up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Kimbley tries to get to full guard but Feigel has control of the leg.
We're going to have a standup here because Karsten Feigel wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Feigel shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kimbley pinned against the cage. Kimbley gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Kimbley fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Karsten Feigel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Kimbley. Kimbley throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kimbley takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Feigel shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Feigel was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Kimbley is squirming around, avoiding Feigel's attempts to control the action. Feigel landing strikes, looking to finish! Feigel lands a big shot there that rocks Kimbley but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Feigel controlling the pace for now. Kimbley tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kimbley is bucking up trying to escape but Feigel cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Feigel tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Feigel can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kimbley is looking to escape. Feigel get's back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Feigel fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Feigel tries for a takedown but Kimbley sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Feigel misses with a takedown attempt - Kimbley sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Feigel shoots in for a takedown but Kimbley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Feigel looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Karsten Feigel. That's going to take a lot out of him. A punch combination from Kimbley misses. The fight moves into the clinch position. Kimbley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Kimbley has Feigel pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Feigel manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Kimbley is breathing heavily. Feigel is looking to take this one to the mat. Kimbley lands a knee to the body.

Kimbley keeping moving, preventing Feigel from controlling successfully. Feigel could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kimbley is on top in guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Karsten Feigel. Kimbley fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Feigel feints and as Kimbley raises his hands in defense, Feigel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Feigel fails with a takedown attempt. Kimbley tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Kimbley fails with the takedown. Feigel shoots for a takedown but Kimbley saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kimbley misses with a takedown attempt - Feigel sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Feigel closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Feigel lands in his opponent's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kimbley shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Feigel as he jumps to the side. Feigel drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Kimbley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Feigel doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Feigel manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Kimbley had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Feigel defends it easily. Feigel sitting in guard, not really doing much. Kimbley takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Feigel stands up from Kimbley's guard - Feigel perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kimbley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Feigel sprawls well. Feigel wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kimbley gets slowly back to his feet. Feigel shoots in for a takedown but Kimbley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Feigel bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kimbley tries to bench press Feigel off him but Feigel keeps the position. Feigel stands up and we're back to a striking position. Feigel closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kimbley quickly recovers to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Feigel is trying to work for a kimura but Kimbley is defending well.
Feigel performing his best blanket impression for a moment. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Feigel throwing shots but Kimbley is blocking nicely. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Feigel controlling the action here. Feigel is just content to waste time from the top position. Kimbley takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Feigel trying to control but Kimbley is working from the bottom. Feigel stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kimbley swivels though and keeps the full guard. Feigel stands up and waves to Kimbley to follow him. Kimbley circles away from the clinch attempt.
Feigel dives in and scores a takedown into Kimbley's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Feigel wants to pass the guard but Kimbley is keeping the position. Feigel is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kimbley can do to turn this around? Kimbley is trying to control the position but Feigel postures up. Feigel looking to pass the guard. Kimbley is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Feigel defends well. Kimbley tries to strike from the bottom.
Alexander Kimbley has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Karsten Feigel is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kimbley can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Feigel controls the pace.
And that's the end of the fight! Karsten Feigel showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Feigel, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
