Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Espinosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Gable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Espinosa comes to the cage accompanied by It was Jesus by Johnny Cash. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jesus Espinosa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dan Gable! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Espinosa scoring well with a low kick there.
Gable misses with a low kick. Gable throws a head kick but Espinosa moves out of range.

Espinosa thuds his right hand into Gable's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Gable throws a body punch but Espinosa moves out of range. Espinosa cracks Gable with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Jab from Espinosa. Gable takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Gable lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Espinosa's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gable under the eye. Espinosa throws a nice outside leg kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gable swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Sloppy strikes from Espinosa. Those never looked like landing. Gable has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Gable throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Espinosa's waist but Espinosa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gable off to one side. Jesus Espinosa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gable misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Espinosa lands with a nice body punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Espinosa lands with a straight right. Gable didn't see that one coming. Gable has a takedown stuffed. Jesus Espinosa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Gable. Espinosa turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Espinosa dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Espinosa is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Espinosa swinging wildly here.
Gable is trying desperately to land a takedown but Espinosa is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Gable. A slapping leg kick lands for Espinosa.
Gable has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Espinosa lands a nice looking body kick. A punch combination from Espinosa misses. Espinosa with a body punch. A glancing blow. Espinosa lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Espinosa bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gable's head. Espinosa chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gable can pounce on him.
Gable moves into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Espinosa has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Gable regains guard immediately. Espinosa in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Gable looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Espinosa accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Gable looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Gable has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Espinosa can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Espinosa throws a strike but Gable rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gable trying to control the position from guard on top but Espinosa is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Espinosa pushes Gable off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Espinosa moves out of range of the leg kick from Gable. Espinosa is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Espinosa.
Gable takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Espinosa lands with a right hand. That kick from Gable tenderised Espinosa's leg. Espinosa is trying to keep his angry face on. Gable looking to score a takedown here. Espinosa is defending well but Gable drives through and ends up in Espinosa's guard. Gable's corner is telling him to maintain position. Espinosa pushes Gable off and scrambles back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Espinosa's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Espinosa duly obliges.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Espinosa's corner calls for a 1-2. Espinosa obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Espinosa works over Gable's head and body with a nice combination. Espinosa digs a good body shot into Gable's ribs. Gable takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Espinosa cracks the inside of Gable's front leg. Espinosa scores to the head and body with a nice combination! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gable shoots in for a takedown but Espinosa shows good takedown defense. Gable darts in and clinches Espinosa up against the cage. Espinosa blocks an uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jesus Espinosa dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Espinosa lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Espinosa slaps away a takedown attempt from Gable, before circling back to the center of the mat. Espinosa dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gable. That did some damage! Espinosa avoids the head kick by Gable.
Espinosa moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Gable takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A lazy left from Espinosa finds it's target. Espinosa jabs Gable right on the nose. Gable blinks but takes it well. Gable throws a series of punches but Espinosa moves out of range. Gable chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Espinosa can pounce on him.
Espinosa lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Espinosa connects with a looping right hand.
A clash of legs there as Espinosa blocks the low kick. Espinosa jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Espinosa goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Gable throws a hook but Espinosa blocks it.

Espinosa misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gable takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Espinosa stalks Gable and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gable's face. Gable staggers backwards, shaken. Espinosa connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gable. Gable circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Gable is rocked! Good exchange - Espinosa coming out on top. Gable is still on wobbly legs! Can Espinosa finish him? Espinosa misses with a two punch combination.
Jesus Espinosa is winning the standup battle so far. Gable has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gable there as he acknowledges the shot. Gable is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Espinosa moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jesus Espinosa! In his post fight interview, Jesus Espinosa started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
