The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Donovan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Donovan throws a body punch but Smalls moves out of range.
Smalls tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
The fighters circle momentarily. Smalls darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Donovan lands with an overhand left.
Donovan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Smalls manages to avoid it.
Smalls walks into a stiff left hand from Donovan.
Smalls is rocked!
Donovan drops Smalls with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Smalls! Donovan dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
