Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wango Tango (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonard Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tango comes into the arena with Super Bon Bon - Soul Coughing blaring out of the sound system. Santos has chosen Metallica - Whiskey In The Jar as his entrance music. The key to victory for Wango Tango has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Thiago Cunha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tango is looking to clinch but Santos is avoiding it.

and Tango takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Tango closes the distance but Santos moves to the side
and Santos counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Tango thinking.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Santos's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Santos is looking to work some ground and pound but Tango has wrist control.
Tango knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Santos on the ground.
Santos stands up over Tango, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Santos has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Santos lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Santos not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Let's hope that Santos has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Santos lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Santos scores with a big shot! Tango's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Tango! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
