Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - O Brian looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
O Brian stuffs the takedown attempt from Swardson. Swardson gets slowly back to his feet.
Swardson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around O Brian's waist but O Brian gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Swardson off to one side.
O Brian fails with the takedown
and Swardson counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Swardson blocks an uppercut.
O Brian has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Swardson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Swardson lands a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Swardson decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Swardson connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
O Brian moves out of range of the body kick from Swardson.
O Brian throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Swardson throws a sloppy head kick and O Brian moves out of range easily.
Swardson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for O Brian!
O Brian is looking to improve his position but Swardson isn't that keen on the idea.
Swardson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
O Brian blocking the ground and pound.
Swardson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
O Brian is trying desperately to improve position.
Swardson controlling the position easily from mount.

O Brian is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Swardson stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

Swardson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Swardson throws some wild stikes that O Brian manages to avoid easily.

O Brian is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Nick Swardson spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
