Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Parts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noah Cd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parts comes into the arena with call to prayer blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Peter Parts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
30 - 18 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Noah Cd! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cd tries to move into range but Parts moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Parts throws a push kick but Cd slaps the foot to one side. Cd wants to clinch. Parts misses with a hook. Cd scores with a nice body kick.
Cd fails in his attempt to clinch. Cd pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Parts throws a predictable looking body shot
and Cd counters with a nice body shot. Parts misses the jab. Cd tries to land a leg kick but Parts saw it coming and moves away.
Parts pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Cd with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parts blocks a head kick by Cd.
Parts misses with a looping left. Parts ducks right into an uppercut from Cd. Parts throws a series of punches but Cd moves out of range. Parts takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Parts works the jab nicely. Cd wants to land a leg kick but Parts is out of range. Cd buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Cd with a body punch. A glancing blow. Good leg kick by Cd there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Cd throws a head kick that misses. Cd slips a straight right by Parts. Parts misses with a jab to the body
and Cd counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Parts blocks a leg kick. Parts takes one to the side of the head.
Cd lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Parts misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cd.
Parts takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Cd tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Parts was well out of range. Poor timing from Cd. Parts looks to throw the jab but Cd is out of range. Cd fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Parts checks it well. Jab by Parts. A telegraphed right hand from Parts misses the target. That's three minutes gone in the round. Cd is looking to clinch but Parts is avoiding it.
Parts scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Cd is rocked! A low kick from Cd misses and Parts counters with a crisp right hand that drops Cd! Parts lets Cd back up to his feet, looking for a finish! Cd is still on wobbly legs! Can Parts finish him? The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Parts cracks Cd on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Cd falls backwards against the cage. Parts follows up with more strikes that drop Cd to his knees. Parts keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Cd! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter Parts! After the fight, Peter Parts was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
