Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damian Wolkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pappy Roofie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Damian Wolkowski!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pappy Roofie!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roofie connects with the punch.
Roofie cracks Wolkowski with an open hand slap.
Wolkowski tries for a takedown but Roofie sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Wolkowski misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Wolkowski takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Roofie slips a jab and a cross from Wolkowski.

Some bone on bone action there as Wolkowski checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Wolkowski dodges the punch combination from Roofie.
Wolkowski fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Roofie avoids it really well and circles away.

Wolkowski wants to get up but he can't break Roofie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Roofie wants to stand up but Wolkowski is controlling him.
Roofie is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Roofie is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Wolkowski landing some decent shots from guard.
Roofie really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wolkowski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Roofie is pushing Wolkowski's head away, looking to escape. Wolkowski manages to hold on to the position though.

Wolkowski is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Roofie has escaped the position, nice work there.

Wolkowski thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Damian Wolkowski will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Roofie cracks Wolkowski with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Roofie throws a hook to the side of Wolkowski's head but Wolkowski sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Wolkowski feints and as Roofie raises his hands in defense, Wolkowski changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Wolkowski throws an elbow that misses. Roofie uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Wolkowski's guard. Nice move by Roofie!
Wolkowski is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Wolkowski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wolkowski bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Roofie's guard.
Wolkowski sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Roofie's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Roofie has his hands clasped together around Wolkowski's back. He's all about the action.
Roofie is staying active underneath Wolkowski, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Wolkowski seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Roofie is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
