Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gideon Gabriel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Valentine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valentine has chosen I Buy the Drugs as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valentine throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gabriel's waist but Gabriel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Valentine off to one side.
Gabriel displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Valentine throws out the jab.
Gabriel lands a nice leg kick that just misses Valentine's sensitive parts.

Valentine stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Gabriel cracks Valentine with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Valentine with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gabriel to score with a decent uppercut.

Gabriel tries to free his leg and advance position but Valentine is retaining full guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Gabriel throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gabriel throws a left that rocks Valentine and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Gabriel dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Valentine regain composure!
