The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suggs tries to clinch but Degones moves away
and Degones counters with a shoot takedown. Suggs fights it but they end up in guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Suggs has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Degones can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
