The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chan throws a sloppy head kick and Reyes moves out of range easily. Reyes uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chan. Chan keeps the fight on the outside. Chan throws a body kick that misses. Reyes moves out of range as Chan throws a body kick.
Reyes misses with a few strikes there.
Chan misses the shot to the body. Chan throws a half hearted mid kick. A looping hook to the body misses from Chan. Reyes does a little dance to reset his feet. Chan fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Reyes checks it well. Chan throws a wild body kick that Reyes sees coming a mile off. Chan looking to land some kicks to the body here.

and Chan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Reyes takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Reyes misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Reyes shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Chan eats them both and turns towards Reyes to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reyes tries for a takedown but Chan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Chan throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Jacky Chan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Chan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Reyes misses with a jab, cross combination.
Reyes closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Reyes in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Chan is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
