The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strong closes the distance and clinches.
Strong lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Sieber backwards.
A hook to the body from Strong.
Nice body punch from Strong.
A bit of stalling here from Strong.
Sieber jumps guard but Strong turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Strong lands a body shot in the clinch.

Sieber tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Strong just stands there and leans against the cage.
Sieber blocks a body shot from Strong.

Sieber's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Sieber can't get the takedown.
Jason Strong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matthias Sieber.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sieber throws a head punch that misses.

The referee calls for Strong to work.
Sieber changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Strong fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Sieber tries to keep at a distance but Strong has taken the fight into the clinch.
Strong lands a hook to the side of the head.
Strong presses Sieber against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Sieber is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Strong lands a hook that snaps the head of Sieber backwards.
Strong scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Strong is leaning against Sieber and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Sieber pulls guard effortlessly.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sieber wants to sweep here but Strong controlling him for the moment.
Strong is sitting in close to Sieber's body. Sieber has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Strong is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Strong is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Sieber.
