Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jason Muerto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Tutov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tutov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. 7B - Young Winds kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muerto has a takedown stuffed.
Tutov lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Muerto at a distance.
Tutov looks to score with a jab to the body but Muerto is just out of range.
Muerto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tutov.
Muerto shoots in for a takedown but Tutov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Muerto.

Tutov swings and misses with a hook to the body.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Muerto postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Tutov is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Muerto, into his guard.

Muerto throws his legs up looking for a submission but Tutov uses it to pass to side control.

Tutov is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Muerto doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tutov.
Tutov is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Muerto!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tutov jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Muerto manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Tutov throws a chopping leg kick but Muerto manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Muerto closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tutov circles away.
Tutov lands a left and a right that send Muerto crashing to the mat, dazed. Tutov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Muerto is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Muerto is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

so Muerto counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Tutov is trying to control the position but Muerto postures up.
Muerto wants to pass the guard but Tutov is keeping the position.
Muerto seems to have got his legs back now.
Tutov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Muerto is one step ahead there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tutov is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Muerto drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tutov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tutov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tutov!

Muerto tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Tutov wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Muerto manages to work his way to half guard, despite Tutov's best efforts.

Tutov moves into full mount! Muerto won't be happy about that!
Muerto keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Tutov is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Muerto can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Tutov looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Muerto is trying to reverse the position but instead Tutov has taken his back - oops!
Tutov is looking to control Muerto but Muerto is wriggling around and keeping busy.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tutov is trying to stick to Muerto's back but Muerto is turning into Tutov. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Tutov's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Muerto.
Muerto is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Tutov is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Tutov has escaped and now he's on top!

Muerto has a hand on Tutov's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Tutov takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Tutov is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Muerto is surviving well by controlling Tutov's body position as best he can.

Tutov throws the left hand but Muerto avoids the punch easily.
Muerto slips a jab and a cross from Tutov.
Muerto keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tutov.
Tutov looks for the body kick but Muerto saw that one coming.
Tutov missing with a left hand there. Muerto was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Muerto drives through with a takedown into guard.
Muerto drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Tutov dives on top into guard.
Tutov missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Muerto keeping moving, preventing Tutov from controlling successfully.
Tutov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Muerto has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tutov has managed to get both his arms back between Muerto's legs - danger averted.

Muerto has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Tutov doesn't defend quickly enough and Muerto has managed to lock this one up! Can Tutov escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Muerto on a fantastic submission victory.
