Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brickle shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kowal's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Brickle chips away with some ground and pound.
Brickle looking to sit in guard and control but Kowal gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Brickle keeping moving, preventing Kowal from controlling successfully.
Kowal stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Brickle thows a left - swing and a miss!
Kowal shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Brickle napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Brickle tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kowal wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Brickle is not content to let Kowal control the position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Brickle prevents Kowal from moving into mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kowal controlling from side mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kowal is working to tighten is grip on Brickle's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Brickle has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kowal is really squeezing tight and eventually Brickle passes out! Kowal breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
