Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jermain King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Royale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King comes to the cage accompanied by VAMPIRE. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jermain King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Royale!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping body kick lands there for King.
Royale fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Royale moves out of range of the body kick from King.
Royale shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and King counters with a head kick that drops Royale to the mat! Royale scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Royale is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Royale with a poor takedown
and King makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Jermain King has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Royale.
Royale tries for a takedown but King circles away easily
and King counters with a crisp right hand that drops Royale! King lets Royale back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Royale is still on wobbly legs! Can King finish him?
Royale looks gassed!
King steps in with a hook that catches Royale right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! King follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Royale looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jermain King!
