Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jon Pertwee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Arthur Kashenko!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kashenko lands a leg kick that knocks Pertwee off balance momentarily.
Pertwee takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kashenko gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Kashenko wants to stand and escape but Pertwee is having none of it.
Pertwee works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pertwee connects with a nice short shot to Kashenko's temple.
Pertwee is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Pertwee drops an elbow to the side of Kashenko's head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pertwee lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Kashenko is rocked!

Kashenko is still in real trouble! Can Pertwee finish him?

Kashenko is bucking up trying to escape but Pertwee cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Pertwee lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Kashenko! Pertwee sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Kashenko and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jon Pertwee!
