The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ubereem Ii moves into range and clinches up with Rutten.
Rutten wants to break free but Ubereem Ii has control.
Rutten is trying to break the clinch but Ubereem Ii is controlling him.
Rutten is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Rutten tries to break free but Ubereem Ii pushes him back against the cage.
Ubereem Ii turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Ubereem Ii manages to end up in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ubereem Ii advances nicely into full mount.

Rutten on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rutten tries to get out of the position.
Ubereem Ii has hold of Rutten's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rutten manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Oh Rutten is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ubereem Ii lands a big shot to the head and Rutten winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
