Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Filip Komurka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Leroy Lewis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Filip Komurka! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis shoots in and gets a takedown into Komurka's guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Komurka working a defensive guard here.
Lewis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lewis slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Lewis won't allow Komurka to get back to his feet. Komurka being controlled here, momentarily.
Leroy Lewis has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Komurka ducks under a wild hook from Lewis. Komurka tries to clinch and Lewis counters with a two punch combo. Lewis drives through with a takedown into guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lewis won't allow Komurka to get back to his feet. Lewis sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Komurka is working an open guard so Lewis takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Lewis closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Komurka's guard. Lewis sitting in guard, not really doing much. Komurka uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Komurka closes the distance looking to clinch and Lewis counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lewis trying to control but Komurka is working from the bottom. Lewis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Komurka swivels though and keeps the full guard. Komurka throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Lewis engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Lewis throws a big right hand that misses. Lewis controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Lewis decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Komurka wants to clinch and Lewis counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Komurka! Lewis lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Lewis controlling from the full mount. Komurka is wriggling around trying to escape.
Lewis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Komurka looks gassed! Lewis controlling his opponent. Lewis working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lewis looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Lewis content just to control the position here. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lewis lands with some strikes. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lewis avoids the attempt from Komurka to control. Lewis takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leroy Lewis dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Lewis tries for a takedown but Komurka sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A telegraphed right hand from Lewis misses the target. Leroy Lewis is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Lewis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lewis stalling. Lewis seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Komurka for as long as he can get away with. Komurka is looking to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lewis sitting and controlling from the half guard.
We're going to have a standup here because Leroy Lewis wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Komurka is looking to land body kicks. Komurka shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lewis as he jumps to the side. Leroy Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lewis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Komurka tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Lewis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Lewis has his takedown stuffed and Komurka counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leroy Lewis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Komurka moves in looking to clinch but Lewis pushes him off. Komurka shoots in and drives through. Lewis sprawls well. Komurka misses with a takedown attempt and Lewis holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Lewis tries to land knees in the clinch but Komurka avoids the damage to the body. Lewis is trying to pull guard but Komurka has him pressed against the cage. Komurka stalling the fight.
Komurka wants to stall.
Komurka lands with a left to the head. Both guys are working to get underhooks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Komurka's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Lewis goes for a takedown in the clinch but Komurka prevents it.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Lewis. Lewis displaying some good clinch control by pressing Komurka up against the cage. Komurka jumps guard but Lewis stands there with Komurka around his waist. Komurka gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Komurka tries to circle away but Lewis has him pinned against the cage. Lewis jumps guard but Komurka stands there with Lewis around his waist. Lewis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Lewis wants a takedown.
Lewis keeps control of Komurka as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Komurka misses with a knee to the head. Lewis manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Lewis wants to stand and escape but Komurka is having none of it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Komurka wants to stand but Lewis is controlling his posture from full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leroy Lewis dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Lewis connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Komurka. Komurka with a poor takedown and Lewis counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Lewis looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's one minute gone in the round. Lewis scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Komurka is trying to stand up here but Lewis is controlling him well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lewis lands strikes from half guard. Leroy Lewis overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Lewis is pressing down on Komurka's thigh, looking to free his foot. Komurka is holding on for now. Komurka looks like he's trying to stand up.
Komurka takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Nice strikes from Lewis there. Komurka is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Lewis scores with a couple of nice shots. Komurka tries to roll over but Lewis keeps him under control. Lewis takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Lewis stops Komurka from getting back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lewis is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Lewis sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lewis's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Lewis looking to secure an arm triangle but Komurka defends it well. Lewis looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lewis throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Komurka has his hands clasped together but Lewis breaks the hold and Komurka is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Lewis!
