Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Edward Keller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikhail Popov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Popov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tom Sawyer - Rush. Edward Keller had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Edward Keller has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Popov just misses with a punch to the body.
Keller looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Popov throws a one two combo.
It looks like Edward Keller has been cut.
Keller looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

No joy there for Popov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Popov stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Keller on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Popov stalks Keller and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Keller's face. Keller staggers backwards, shaken.

Popov throws a leg kick which misses Keller's front leg but catches the back leg as Keller tries to avoid it.

Keller takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Popov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Keller circles away quickly and effectively.
Popov fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Popov throws a right and a left that both miss.
Keller takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Keller takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Keller throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Popov wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Popov lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Keller can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Popov and Keller drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Popov.
