Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brandon McNeil!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dravinski gets the takedown into side control.

McNeil is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Dravinski wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by McNeil, who protects the arm well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McNeil can do anything to dispel that myth.
Dravinski in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

McNeil tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dravinski wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Dravinski is going oldschool here, as he tries to force McNeil to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so McNeil shrugs it off.

McNeil wants to hold on but Dravinski pushes him away.

Dravinski moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, McNeil has worked his arm free - good work by McNeil!

Dravinski looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Dravinski tries to advance to mount but McNeil denies him.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Dravinski thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Dravinski tries for a kimura but McNeil is defending well.
McNeil managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Dravinski.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Dravinski lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

McNeil closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
McNeil tries to move to full mount but Dravinski actually manages to regain half guard.

McNeil throws a strike but Dravinski manages to get a kimura sweep and he's found himself on top with the kimura half locked in! This would be a real turnaround! He's torquing it... Will McNeil tap??? YES! He's tapped! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Paul Dravinski!
