Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wolf Brixius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lou Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brixius kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is FACE THE PAIN. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brixius throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Brixius dodges the punch combination from Williams.
Williams tries to keep at a distance but Brixius has taken the fight into the clinch.
Williams drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Brixius gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Williams blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Brixius fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Brixius is working for takedown but Williams is calmly controlling the position for now.
Brixius has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Williams clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Williams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Williams lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brixius circles away quickly and effectively.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Lou Williams wasn't active enough on the ground.
Brixius tries to close the distance and clinch but Williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Brixius looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Lou Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Wolf Brixius.
I think Brixius has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Wolf Brixius decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
