Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Rotten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaito Rin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rotten's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, White Zombie - More Human Than Human. Rin has chosen Tracktor Bowling - Scars as his entrance music. The key to victory for Johnny Rotten has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

22 - 12 - 1, fighting out of London, Johnny Rotten! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kaito Rin! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rin gets the takedown into side control. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Rin working the ground and pound but Rotten is defending the strikes. Rin taking a breather here. Rotten tries to improve position but can't. Rotten regains half guard there - taking advantage of Rin's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Rin missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rotten trying to control from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rin is keen to just control but Rotten is a slippery customer. Rin is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Kaito Rin was stalling too much, according to the referee. Rotten jabs at Rin's body. Rotten keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rin wants to land a leg kick but Rotten is out of range. Rotten gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Rin wants to control from the top but Rotten keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rotten is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rin is controlling him. Rin trying to control the position from guard on top but Rotten is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rotten is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Kaito Rin has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Rotten throws a low kick but it's checked well by Rin. Rin dives in and scores a takedown into Rotten's guard. Rotten is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rin's corner is telling him to maintain position. Rin wants to control from the top but Rotten keeps moving. Rin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Kaito Rin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Rin tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rotten swivels and escapes. The fight stays on the outside here - Rotten looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rotten stuffs the takedown attempt from Rin. Rin gets slowly back to his feet. Rin on the wrong end of a nice hook. Rotten is looking to clinch. Rin checks a low kick from Rotten. Rin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rotten. Rin has a takedown stuffed. Johnny Rotten has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kaito Rin. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rin takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Rin tries for a takedown but Rotten sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A head kick misses from Rotten. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Kaito Rin will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Rotten tries to close the distance and clinch but Rin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Rin fails with a takedown attempt. Rin drives through with a takedown into guard. Rin advances to half guard. Rotten wants to control but Rin is keeping busy and won't allow it. Rin looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Rotten wants to get back to full guard. Rotten is not content to let Rin control the position. Kaito Rin has got the better of the ground game so far.

Rin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rotten throws out the jab. Rin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's two minutes gone in the round. Rotten lands with a right hand. Rin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rotten is looking to control Rin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Rotten avoid being mounted? Rin seems to be working for a kimura but Rotten defends the submission attempt. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

We're going to have a standup here because Johnny Rotten wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Rin closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rotten's guard. Rin lands a couple of digs. Rin trying to control the position from guard on top but Rotten is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rotten is pulling down on Rin's head to control his posture.

Rotten tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Rin trying to stall but Rotten improves his position.
Rin misses with a hook from the clinch. Rotten jumps into guard, dragging Rin to the mat.
Rotten is looking to stand up but Rin isn't so interested in that idea.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rin is looking to control Rotten's arms but Rotten gets an underhook and turns him. Now Rin has his back to the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rotten is trying to break free. Rotten tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Rotten pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rin shoots in looking for a takedown but Rotten manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rin's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Rin drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Rin trying to move into half guard but instead Rotten has managed to sweep! Rin is looking for a triangle here but Rotten uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Rin is trying to escape the position but Rotten is controlling the position. Rin takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rotten tries for a kimura but Rin is defending well. Rin is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rotten missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Rin looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Rotten working over Rin with some ground and pound. Rin looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rin is controlling Rotten's trapped leg to prevent Rotten from advancing to side control. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Rin in particular looking to stall. Rin wants to free his trapped foot but Rotten is holding on for dear life with his legs.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Kaito Rin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Rotten defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rin. Rin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rotten tries to avoid it but Rin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rotten to the ground. Rotten escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rin avoids the body shot from Rotten.

Rin is absolutely dripping with sweat - he looks exhausted. Rotten throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rin tries for a takedown but Rotten circles away easily and Rotten connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Rotten defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rin. Rotten looks to score with a jab to the body but Rin is just out of range. Rotten misses with a looping left. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rin on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Johnny Rotten had his way with Kaito Rin in that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Rin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rotten as he jumps to the side. Rin scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Rotten is looking for a sweep. Rin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Rin is keen to just control but Rotten is a slippery customer.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kaito Rin. Rotten moves in looking to clinch but Rin pushes him off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rotten dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Rotten jabbing away but nothing is landing. Rin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Rin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rotten.

Rin fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Rotten staying out of range there. Rotten throws the left hand but Rin avoids the punch easily. Rin manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rotten on his heels. He'll look to pass Rotten's guard now, I'm sure. Rin preventing the sweep. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rin wants to control from the top but Rotten keeps moving.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Kaito Rin. I think Rin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
