Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rubio jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Okano walks away with a smile on his face. Rubio gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Okano misses with a low kick.
Okano dips to his left and cracks Rubio with an uppercut!

Okano gets tackled into the cage by Rubio. Rubio maintains the clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Rubio.
Okano lands a hook that snaps the head of Rubio backwards.
Okano misses with a short punch on the inside.
Rubio scores with a shot to the side of Okano's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rubio blocks an uppercut.

Okano swings wildly with an uppercut but Rubio uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rubio lands an elbow that stopped Okano in his tracks for a moment.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Rubio just misses with a elbow thrown towards Okano's brow.

Rubio tries a body shot but Okano blocks it.

Rubio jumps guard and drags Okano to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Koji Okano will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Adam Rubio comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Rubio has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
