The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dollar closes the distance looking to clinch
and Roberto counters with an inside leg kick.

and Roberto counters with a right hand to the body.
Dollar tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Roberto counters with a low kick, right behind Dollar 's knee.

and Roberto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Roberto shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Dollar tries to kick Roberto off but Roberto keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Roberto tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Dollar is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Raphael Roberto just wasn't active enough.

and Roberto counters with a two punch combo.

and Roberto counters with a three punch combo that has Dollar backing up. Dollar nods at Roberto to acknowledge the strikes.

Dollar is rocked!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Roberto has cracked Dollar with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Roberto lands another huge swinging hook and Dollar tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Dollar, before Roberto can land any more shots!
