Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erich Fassbender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimbo MImbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jimbo MImbo!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fassbender takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fassbender throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
MImbo looks to throw the jab but Fassbender is out of range.
MImbo takes a swing at Fassbender's ribcage but misses.
MImbo throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Fassbender counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
MImbo fails with a takedown attempt.
Fassbender takes a swing at MImbo's ribcage but misses.
Jimbo MImbo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

MImbo looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
MImbo passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Fassbender!
Fassbender wants to try and get back to his feet.

Fassbender on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fassbender tries to get out of the position.

MImbo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
MImbo is landing with some decent strikes but Fassbender is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Fassbender is rocked!
Fassbender has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.
Oh Fassbender is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

MImbo is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Fassbender with him. Fassbender is trying to defend but MImbo has an arm under the chin now! Fassbender grimaces and is forced to tap out!

Jimbo MImbo really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fighters First Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
