Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deidara Zetsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franky Syn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zetsu comes to the cage accompanied by Cudi The Kid. Syn has chosen Truth by Alexander as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Deidara Zetsu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Franky Syn! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Syn blocks a jab. A big left from Zetsu misses. Zetsu throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Zetsu scores with a leg kick.
Syn throws a front kick aimed at Zetsu's knee but Zetsu avoids it well. Zetsu closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Syn to the mat! Syn manages to get full guard. Zetsu is stalling in the full guard. Syn looking to control but Zetsu passes into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Well, if Zetsu is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Deidara Zetsu wasn't doing enough on the ground. Syn blocks a low kick nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Zetsu walks into a stiff left hand from Syn.
It looks like Deidara Zetsu has been cut. Zetsu misses with a body shot.
Jab by Zetsu. Syn throws out a powerful jab. Deidara Zetsu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zetsu takes a body punch but keeps moving. Syn digs a good hook to Zetsu's body.
Zetsu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Syn avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zetsu is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Syn's half guard. Zetsu sitting and controlling from the half guard. Zetsu looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Syn with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zetsu is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Zetsu not landing any meaningful shots this time. Zetsu prevents Syn from standing back up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Zetsu working over Syn with some ground and pound. Syn looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Deidara Zetsu dominated that round. The cut man is working on Deidara Zetsu's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Syn tries to bum rush Zetsu with a series of wild strikes but Zetsu uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Zetsu looks to score with a jab to the body but Syn is just out of range. Syn slips under a jab from Zetsu. Good exchange - Zetsu coming out on top. Zetsu throws a shot from downtown. Syn moves away and avoids it. Syn moves out of range of the body kick from Zetsu.
Syn throws a looping overhand right but Zetsu ducks down to avoid it. Syn misses with a hook. Zetsu ducked under it nicely. Syn throws a shot to the body.
Franky Syn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Syn drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Syn misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zetsu.

That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Syn throws a series of punches but Zetsu avoids them all with ease. Syn misses with a hook. Zetsu feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Zetsu trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Zetsu throwing strikes but missing. Zetsu working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Syn can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zetsu is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Franky Syn was stalling too much, according to the referee. Syn misses with a body shot.
Zetsu bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. A solid body kick from Syn. Syn misses with a hook. Zetsu ducked under it nicely. Zetsu looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zetsu is in close to Syn's body, working some short punches and elbows. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Syn preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Zetsu lands a couple of digs. Syn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zetsu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Zetsu sitting in guard, not really doing much. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Syn trying to keep a closed guard but Zetsu is proving a slippery customer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Deidara Zetsu dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Deidara Zetsu's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Zetsu connects with a body shot. Zetsu is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Syn defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Zetsu. Syn misses with a hook. Syn throws out a leg kick but Zetsu moves out of range and Syn only half commits. Zetsu defending well as Syn loads up on a big left hand. Syn moves out of range as Zetsu throws a body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zetsu throws a leg kick which misses Syn's front leg but catches the back leg as Syn tries to avoid it. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Zetsu.
Syn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Zetsu uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Syn. Zetsu defending well as Syn loads up on a big left hand. Zetsu motions for Syn to come forward. Zetsu throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Zetsu throws a push kick but Syn slaps the foot to one side. Syn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Syn rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zetsu moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Zetsu misses the shot to the body. Zetsu misses with a few strikes there.
Zetsu throws a jab but it's blocked by Syn. Zetsu lands a leg kick that knocks Syn off balance momentarily. Zetsu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Syn pinned against the cage. Syn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Zetsu lands with a straight right. Syn didn't see that one coming.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zetsu scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Zetsu misses the body punch and Syn counters with a left to the body. Syn throws a looping overhand right but Zetsu ducks down to avoid it. Zetsu looks to score with a jab to the body but Syn is just out of range. Syn scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Zetsu takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Syn fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zetsu looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Zetsu wants to pass the guard but Syn is keeping the position. Zetsu postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Deidara Zetsu overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Syn keeping moving, preventing Zetsu from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! Deidara Zetsu showed his dominance in that final round. Well Zetsu has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
