Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nick shannon!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Joseph Jones and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ehntholt clinches.
shannon has ehntholt pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. ehntholt manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
shannon goes for a takedown attempt but ehntholt pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
shannon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has ehntholt pinned against the cage. ehntholt gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
kyle ehntholt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick shannon.
ehntholt feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
ehntholt tries to free his leg and advance position but shannon is retaining full guard.
shannon throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
shannon has his foot on ehntholt's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. ehntholt works his way back into a safe position though.

shannon is looking for a sweep. ehntholt is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
ehntholt knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for shannon on the ground.
ehntholt is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

ehntholt wants to pass the guard but shannon is defending well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

shannon has picked ehntholt up - he's going for a ride! shannon dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
ehntholt is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
shannon is trying to work for a kimura but ehntholt is defending well.
ehntholt is looking to improve his position.
shannon passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for ehntholt!

shannon breaks from ehntholt's wrist control and lands an elbow.
shannon looking to secure an arm triangle but ehntholt defends it well.

shannon looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
ehntholt is in a horrible position here. shannon smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

ehntholt takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

shannon has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of ehntholt's face.
