Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grigory Stensky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacques Offembach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stensky kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is GORBACHOV. Offembach comes into a darkened arena with his song building. System Of A Down - Chop Suey! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Grigory Stensky has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jacques Offembach! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Daniel Cesar and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Stensky looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Offembach takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Offembach shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stensky napping and manages to drive through into side control! Stensky tries to buck Offembach off but Offembach is having none of it. Stensky throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. You can see the frustration on Stensky's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Offembach is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Stensky's shoulder. That is not cool. Stensky is trying to get back to half guard. Offembach working away. Stensky is not content to let Offembach control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stensky taking punishment in the form of punches.
Offembach lands an elbow. Offembach lands an elbow. You can see the frustration on Stensky's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Stensky is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Offembach's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Offembach drops an elbow to the side of Stensky's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stensky trying to control but Offembach postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Offembach is taking a breather. Stensky says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Offembach thows a huge punch but Stensky dodges it nicely.
Offembach perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Stensky wants to control but Offembach is keeping busy.
Stensky is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Offembach pulls his head out easily. Offembach controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Offembach missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Offembach throwing shots but Stensky is blocking nicely. Offembach not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Stensky wants to improve his position but Offembach is controlling well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Let's hope that Offembach has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Stensky trying to control here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Offembach looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Stensky with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Offembach thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Offembach really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stensky. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Stensky trying to hold on to Offembach's head to control him but Offembach postures up.
Offembach tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stensky knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Stensky gets full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Offembach is pushing down on Stensky's leg trying to pass to half guard. Stensky is fighting to maintain full guard but Offembach has managed to sneak the leg through. Stensky wants to control but Offembach is keeping busy and won't allow it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Offembach postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stensky is on top in guard.

Stensky missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Stensky content to control rather than advance. Offembach tries to kick Stensky off but Stensky keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Offembach has his hands clasped together around Stensky's back. He's all about the action. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Stensky is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Offembach is just riding it out for now. Stensky eventually gives up the hold. Offembach is trying to stand back up but Stensky is controlling him
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stensky passes to side control. Offembach manages to work his way to half guard, despite Stensky's best efforts. Offembach is trying to stand up here but Stensky is controlling him well. Stensky trying to control from half guard but Offembach is working away. Offembach looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Offembach is controlling Stensky's position as best he can from this difficult position. Stensky stops Offembach from getting back to his feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jacques Offembach. Stensky fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Stensky gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Offembach to score an easy takedown into full guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Offembach lands a couple of decent looking shots. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jacques Offembach showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Stensky misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stensky tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Stensky wants to clinch up but Offembach keeps it at a distance. Stensky is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Stensky shoots in for a double leg but Offembach sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Offembach shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Stensky manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Stensky looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Offembach must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Stensky escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Offembach gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Offembach got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stensky has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Offembach has managed to get both his arms back between Stensky's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stensky is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Stensky has his foot on Offembach's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Offembach works his way back into a safe position though. Stensky avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Offembach lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Offembach trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Stensky is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Stensky looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Offembach passes into half guard.

Offembach is working away from the top position though. Offembach lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Offembach lands a nice short elbow. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stensky wants to get back to full guard.

Stensky wants to control but Offembach is keeping busy and won't allow it. Stensky is not content to let Offembach control the position. Stensky blocking the ground and pound attempt from Offembach. Stensky wants to improve his position but Offembach is controlling well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Offembach lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Stensky is looking to get to half guard. Offembach avoids the attempt from Stensky to control. Jacques Offembach is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Offembach scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Stensky?
