Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnson Stroker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathanial Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nathanial Palmer told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stroker tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Palmer was well out of range. Poor timing from Stroker.
Stroker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Palmer.
Stroker ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Palmer slips a straight right by Stroker.
A swing and a miss from Stroker.

Sloppy strikes from Stroker. Those never looked like landing.
Stroker misses with a hook. Palmer ducked under it nicely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stroker tries to work over Palmer's front leg with a kick but Palmer checks it.
Stroker throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Stroker stuffs the takedown attempt from Palmer. Palmer gets slowly back to his feet.
Johnson Stroker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nathanial Palmer.

and Palmer counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Stroker is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Stroker takes a swing at Palmer's ribcage but misses.
Stroker looks to throw the jab but Palmer is out of range.

Palmer avoids a punch combination nicely.
Stroker leaves Palmer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stroker wants to sweep here but Palmer controlling him for the moment.
Stroker on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stroker tries to get out of the position.

Palmer throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Stroker has his hands clasped together but Palmer breaks the hold and Stroker is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Palmer!
