The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson takes a swing at Mazric's ribcage but misses.
Mazric on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Simpson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Mazric closes the distance looking to clinch
and Simpson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Simpson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Mazric tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Simpson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Simpson lands a head shot.
Mazric uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Simpson.
Simpson throws a shot from downtown. Mazric moves away and avoids it.

Simpson throws a looping overhand right but Mazric ducks down to avoid it.

Mazric tries to close the distance and clinch up but Simpson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Simpson lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Simpson forces Mazric back against the cage and clinches.
Simpson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Mazric backwards.
Mazric tries to pull guard but Simpson won't allow it.

Simpson scores with a shot to the side of Mazric's head.
Simpson lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Simpson lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Simpson lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Mazric backwards.
Simpson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Simpson rushes Mazric and presses him up against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Simpson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

A short body shot lands from Simpson as the two fighters clinch.
Simpson lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Mazric or not.

Simpson lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Mazric to his knees! Simpson keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
