Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fatty Percival!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Coleman does no damage.
Coleman swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Percival counters with an inside leg kick.
Coleman misses with a few strikes there.

Percival gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Coleman landing some decent shots from guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Percival is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Coleman defends well.
Coleman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Coleman throwing strikes but missing.
Percival is trying to keep Coleman in close.
Coleman lands a couple of elbows.
Coleman cracks Percival with a solid left hand.
Percival might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Coleman works over Percival with some ground and pound from guard.

Percival looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Coleman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Percival works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coleman lands a couple of digs.
Percival working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Coleman.
Coleman throwing strikes but missing.
Percival is trying to control the position but Coleman postures up.
Coleman postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Coleman missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Percival avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Coleman lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Coleman lands a couple of digs.

Coleman throwing strikes but missing.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Coleman's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Coleman is in close to Percival's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Coleman throws an elbow that misses. Percival uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Coleman's guard. Nice move by Percival!
Coleman really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Percival. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Coleman wants to get back to his feet but Percival is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Coleman wants to improve his position but instead Percival has moved into half guard.
Coleman looks gassed!
Coleman is looking to get back to is feet but Percival passes into side control.

Percival tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Percival has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Coleman tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Coleman is trying to get to his feet but he's left his neck exposed and Percival manages to sink in a rear naked choke! Great counter grappling by Percival!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Fatty Percival!
A relieved looking Fatty Percival thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
