Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Natural Killer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Natural Killer had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jason Dempsey!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dempsey dives in and scores a takedown into Killer's guard.
Killer is looking to stand up but Dempsey isn't so interested in that idea.
Killer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dempsey passes into half guard.
Dempsey is nestled in close to Killer, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Dempsey is taking a breather. Killer says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Let's hope that Dempsey has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Killer pushes Dempsey off looking to stand but Dempsey dives back in and keeps control.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jason Dempsey.
Killer throws a right hand that Dempsey ducks under and follows up with a left that Dempsey also avoids with ease.

Dempsey has closed the distance and engaged Killer in a clinch.
Killer is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Killer trying to control the position but instead, Dempsey has worked for underhooks and has pushed Killer into the cage.
Dempsey wants to get back to striking at distance but Killer won't allow it.

Killer landing knees to the head.

It looks like Jason Dempsey has been cut.
Dempsey jumps guard but Killer turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Dempsey misses with a hook to the ribs.

Killer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Crunch! Killer slams his shin into Dempsey's torso.
Natural Killer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Killer throws a nice outside leg kick.
Killer scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Dempsey crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Killer - the referee stops the clock and Dempsey gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Killer. Dempsey manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Killer lands a jab.

Killer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dempsey looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Killer wants to clinch.
Killer fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Killer lands a leg kick that knocks Dempsey off balance momentarily.
Killer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Killer throws a series of punches but Dempsey avoids them all with ease.
An inside leg kick lands from Killer.
Killer doesn't manage to clinch there - Dempsey circles away.
Killer turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Dempsey takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Killer tries to clinch but Dempsey moves out of range.

Dempsey takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Killer scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Killer Throws a clean left jab. Killer Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Dempsey's chin! Dempsey crumbles to the ground and Killer follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Killer!
