Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Cournoyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bearach Cunningham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cunningham is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Scotland the Brave and the Green Hills of Tyrol. Bearach Cunningham is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cunningham misses with an uppercut
and Cournoyer counters with a series of strikes. Cunningham will be more careful next time no doubt.

Cournoyer throws the kick towards the body but Cunningham avoids it.
Cournoyer throws a lazy right hand but Cunningham sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Cournoyer tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Cournoyer doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Cournoyer gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Cournoyer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cunningham doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cunningham manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Cournoyer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cunningham can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Cunningham keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Cunningham and the ref steps in to end the fight! Cunningham can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

In his post fight interview, Bearach Cunningham started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
